23 Laps Around The Sun

A reflection of my life this past year.

Life as always been and always will be filled with beautiful and challenging moments. I feel that with this year that has just gone, I've truly captured what that means for me. As I sit at my desk on my birthday, I reflect on what I've accomplished these past twenty-three years. Am I truthful to myself on the happiness I feel?

So, I am going to write twenty-three things I am proud of! I think you should try this yourself, it is an awesome way to uplift yourself if you're ever feeling low. This took a little while to put together, but take your time there is no rush! It is awesome to look at yourself in a positive light, all too easily we look at the negatives about ourselves.

1. I'm proud of having a close relationship with my family, especially my sisters.

2. I'm proud of the work and training I've put towards my dog, Mello.

3. I'm proud of still having close relationships with my high school girlfriends.

4. I'm proud of having a job that I enjoy.

5. I'm proud of being a member of "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."

6. I'm proud that I'm better at baking and cooking.

7. I'm proud of the bedroom and safe space I've designed and put together.

8. I'm proud of my giving nature.

9. I'm proud of how I've handled breakups.

10. I'm proud of attempting to do a YouTube channel!

11. I'm proud of starting this blog.

12. I'm proud of graduating from university with my Bachelors in Contemporary Dance & Performing Screen Arts.

13. I'm proud of the effort I put into my fitness and wellness.

14. I'm proud of being able to financially support myself.

15. I'm proud of how driven and self-motivated I am.

16. I'm proud of my confidence.

17. I'm proud of being able to talk to anyone and make new friends.

18. I'm proud of my self-growth.

19. I'm proud of my heritage and where I come from.

20. I'm proud of myself for striving to achieve high goals.

21. I'm proud of my love and passion for dance.

22. I'm proud of my connection with nature and water and how it makes me feel at peace.

23. I'm proud of being authentic to myself and being Tiara!

I am having an open and optimistic attitude for this annual repeat around the sun! I want to thank those who have shown love and support at any point in my life. I love and appreciate your beautiful souls and wish you all a prosperous and purposeful life.
