Chocolate Chip Cookies

You can't go wrong with warm chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk. Oh a taste of heaven if you ask me.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
185g softened butter
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips, I use Milk Whittakers Chocolate
1/2 cup white chocolate chips is optional
1. Preheat oven to 170C and line a tray with baking paper.
2.Whip the butter, sugars and condensed milk for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Pour in the vanilla essence and whip it again.
4. Add the salt and flour and mix it well.
5. Add the chocolate and mix it once more until well combined..
6. It depends on the mixture but I usually make 20 - 24 balls. Spread it out evenly on a tray and use a fork and slightly press on the cookies.
7. Bake in the oven and bake it for approximately 17 - 20 minutes until golden brown. They will be slightly soft when you first take them out. Let them cool for 5-10mins and they will begin to harden.
8. They taste so yummy warm and complements well with a glass of milk!
